  2. Reservations & Payment: Valid upon confirmation and payment of a deposit (if required). Prices include vessel rental, crew, fuel, and passenger insurance.
  3. Cancellations:
    • Client side: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure are non-refundable.
    • Force Majeure: In case of bad weather or technical issues, we offer a new date or a full refund.
  4. Safety: Passengers must follow the captain’s instructions. Illegal substances are prohibited. The Organizer is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
