TERMS OF USE<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>General Provisions:<\/strong> By booking through this website, phone, or on-site, you enter into a service agreement with &#8222;IDITAM&#8220; Ltd., hereinafter referred to as the &#8222;Organizer&#8220;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reservations &amp; Payment:<\/strong> Valid upon confirmation and payment of a deposit (if required). Prices include vessel rental, crew, fuel, and passenger insurance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cancellations:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Client side:<\/strong> Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure are non-refundable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Force Majeure:<\/strong> In case of bad weather or technical issues, we offer a new date or a full refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Safety:<\/strong> Passengers must follow the captain\u2019s instructions.
